MBC Market Surveys:

MBC provides market survey for industrial construction and service companies seeking to expand their business geographically and/or demographically, for niche market, new service lines, or increased market share penetration within a highly competitive market segment.

The first step in accomplishing a valid market survey is to understand the client’s current business as it relates to the marketplace. Working closely with the key company decision makers, MBC will target specific geographic or demographic areas to be surveyed. Survey content is based on specific requirements of the client with assistance from MBC. The level of survey detail is as little or great as the client deems necessary for an informed decision. Data gathering functions by MBC include electronic databases, networking, and direct contact with target customers. The data is assembled by MBC into a final report to the client detailing the specific data fields required for the client to analyze and make an informed business decision for market entry.

The majority of the leads that we provide to our clients are a private bid opportunity, which reduces the number of competitors and increases the hit ratio percentage for our clients. MBC also utilizes a large database of public bid opportunities to augment our clients’ traditional bid sources.

We focus our bid opportunity selection based on our clients’ target markets, which permits MBC to concentrate its efforts on the projects that our clients are actively seeking. Leads presented to the client by MBC are exclusive to that client and his/her discipline.

MBC Electronic Database:

MBC utilizes several large project databases, targeting specific areas of interest to our clients that prefer to maintain a mix of public and private sector bid opportunities. MBC reviews potential projects and refers them to the client only after the project meets the client’s specified requirements. This saves our clients valuable time in reviewing whole databases for a few bid opportunities that meet their requirements.

We can also provide our clients with direct access to “plan-room” for review of project plans prior to the bid date. Hard copy services are available on request.

MBC Sales Administration:

MBC can handle all of your sales administration functions such as lead tracking, qualifications, deliverables, analysis, sales staff reviews, sales results presentations, and other sales related administrative functions. We will provide quarterly reports on all sales related activities of individual customers and sales staff.

MBC Cold Calling:

MBC Sales Department Staffing:

Our on-staff associates have developed and formed sales departments for companies with annual revenues of ten million dollars to two hundred million dollars. Once we have been advised of your requirements, MBC will source and deliver all required office furniture, chairs, tables, file cabinets, computers, faxes and copy machines.
